For many centuries, the Normans travelled threw out the world,
this is why spices and condiments are present in the Norman cooking
prepared by Le Pommier. They help the nicest local products
to express all their richness and offer new fields in the mix of flavours.

Appreciate the sea food from Normandy’s coast, the pork meats made from
the famous Cochon de Bayeux, a turnover stuffed with mascarpone
and Bajocasse goat cheese...

Taste a croustade of delicate fish laid on apples and stewed leeks and saffron,
